Under Article 8 of the State Labor Law, claims could be filed against government employers (or their contractors) for non-payment of prevailing wage rates, non-payment of premium pay (overtime), or non-payment of the prevailing rate of supplements (benefits). The series includes hearing reports and recommendations, copies of orders and determinations, correspondence, and inter-office memorandums.
