Scope and Content Note
This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of the New York State University Construction Fund.
B2180-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State University Construction Fund site produced on May 9, 2007, several months after Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the fund's history, mission, and organizational structure; a construction bid calendar; a project consultant selection guide; and project consultant status information. Also included are the SUNY Capital Master Plan (2006-2007), lists of construction and design projects throughout the state (2007), a photo gallery of construction projects (2006-2007), and instructions for conducting campus physical space inventories (2002). Construction and design forms, bulletins, and directives are also present.
B2180-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State University Construction Fund website produced on June 10, 2008, several months after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). Most of the information found within this copy is also included in the May 9, 2007 copy, but a newer SUNY Capital Master Plan (2007-2009) and newer lists of construction and design projects throughout the state (2008) are present.
B2180-11: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State University Construction Fund website produced on December 20, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. Some of the information found within this copy is also included in previous copies but this copy also contains the 2010-2011 SUNY Master Capital Plan Report listing construction and project sites throughout the entire state; the Rockefeller Institute Report on SUNY Facilities (2007); an updated photo gallery of construction projects (2006-2010); and slideshow presentations concerning doing business with the fund (2008), the fund's capital budget presentation (2009), and information of interest to the SUNY Physical Plant Administrators Association (2010).
Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of web archiving technology, the "Screen Show" option under "Photo Gallery" does not work properly.
B2180-17: This accretion contains a copy of the New York State University Construction Fund website produced on January 5, 2017, during the second term of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo (2011-2021. This copy contains background information about the organization; financial statements (2015-2016); investment reports (2015-2016); measurement reports (2015- 2016); procurement guidelines (2015-2016); the 2016-2017 SUNY Master Capital Plan; and updated construction and design project forms, bulletins, and directives. Also present is information about various State University Construction Fund projects throughout the state, including construction and design locations, photo galleries, and a listing of Green Building projects. Building the Foundation for New York's Future, a report addressing the SUNY Master Capital Plan, is also included.
B2180-20: This accretion contains a copy of the New York State University Construction Fund website produced on March 5, 2020 during Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's third term of office (2011-2021). Some of the information found within this copy is also included in the January 5, 2017 copy, but this copy contains additional financial statements (2016-2019), investment reports (2016-2019), measurement reports (2016-2019), and procurement guidelines (2016-2019). Also present are the 2019-20 SUNY Master Capital Plan, an updated list of highlighted projects, and additional information about the fund's services.
