This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible website of the New York State Department of Civil Service's Career Mobility Office.
B2124-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Career Mobility Office Web site produced on December 30, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the civil service merit system and about the office's career plan development, resume writing, job interview preparation, and other services.
B2124-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Career Mobility Office's site produced on April 23, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). Most of the information it contains is also present in the December 30, 2006 copy.
B2124-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Career Mobility Office website produced on December 24, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson left office. Most of the information it contains is also present in older copies.
B2124-15: This accretion consists of a copy of the Career Mobility Office website produced on February 14, 2015, shortly after Governor Andrew Cuomo (2011- ) completed his first term of office. It contains information about the office's mission and functions and a Glossary of Titles that groups civil service position descriptions by position title, occupation, geographic location, and employing agency. Also included is information about workshops and other services the office provides to state employees and handouts and other resources concerning the civil service merit system, career planning, resume preparation, interview tips, and other topics.
B2124-19: This accretion consists of a copy of the Career Mobility Office website produced on December 27, 2019, during Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's time in office (2011-present). Most of the information contained within this copy is also included in the February 14, 2015 copy, but the Glossary of Titles has been expanded and the training information has been updated.
