Researchers should note that, owing to the limitations of Web archiving technology, the State Phone Directory was not captured properly.
This accretion also includes a December 29, 2006 copy of the main Office of Chief Information Officer site and an April 7, 2007 copy of the Financial Management System site. The Office of the Chief Information Officer site contains press releases (2002-2006); the state's information technology plan (2006); and New York State Information Technology Workforce Skills Assessment survey results, findings and recommendations (2006). It also includes reports (2005) and other information about the state's efforts to develop an identity and access management architecture and information about state government information technology projects affecting local governments. The Financial Management System site includes a draft system requirements analysis (2006) and other planning documents; project updates (2006-2007); and other materials concerning efforts to develop a single system to manage accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and other core financial functions for all state government entities.

Researchers should note that the office's Flickr page and Empire 2.0 wiki could not be copied successfully as of early 2011.
