Summary
- The superintendent's duties included establishing and enforcing time schedules for employees. This series contains mostly attendance and work schedule information of officers in the State Agricultural and Industrial School. The daily attendance records for each month and vacation leave records list name and position. Other information may include if on vacation, resigned or dismissed; time off and changes in daily work schedules.

Scope and Content Note
This volume contains mostly attendance information but also some work schedule information.
Attendance information includes daily attendance records for each month (1895-1905) providing name, position, notation for present(1) or absent without pay (a), indication if on vacation, resigned, or dismissed, and total days in attendance for the month (until October 1895 only); and vacation leave records (1902, 1907-1912) providing name, position or department, and dates of vacation. Work schedule information consists of a typescript schedule of time off allowed to particular officers and a second typescript sheet listing changes in daily work schedules. The superintendent's duties included establishing and enforcing time schedules for employees.
Custodial History
The Department of Social Welfare placed these records on loan to the Syracuse University Library from 1960-1977.
