The copies of the special orders are on printed forms with the information pertinent to each case inserted in the appropriate location. Court of Chancery rules allowed the issuance of such special orders provided that the bill of complaint against the debtor was uncontested. Each order contains the names of the complainant, defendant, and the complainant's solicitor; date the order was issued; a statement listing the papers filed and actions taken; the name and county of residence of the Master involved in the case; and the substance of the order.
