B2188-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State Theatre Institute website produced on December 31, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the institute's history, mission, and organizational structure, a listing of productions by season (1989-2007), and detailed descriptions of 2006-2007 productions and box office information, including ticket rates. Also included are an overview of educational programs for teachers and schools; study guides for 2006-2007 season productions; information about student internships and the theatre arts school for elementary, middle, and high school students; applications for the school; and information for theatre professionals.
B2188-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State Theatre Institute website produced on May 9, 2008, after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains an updated listing of productions by season (1989-2007) and detailed descriptions of 2007-2008 productions and box office information, including ticket rates. In addition, it contains information about educational programs for teachers and schools, study guides for 2007-2008 season productions, and updated information for teachers, students, and theatre professionals.
B2188-09: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State Theatre Institute website produced on January 9, 2009, as discussions concerning the possible merger of New York State Theatre Institute with other arts organizations were taking place. It contains a listing of productions by yearly seasons (1989-2007) and detailed descriptions of 2008-2009 productions, including ticket rates. Also included are study guides for 2008-2009 season productions and updated information for teachers, students, and theatre professionals.

Paterson left office and the institute ceased operations. It contains information relating to the institute's operations, including an annual report, budget, investment, procurement, and other reports (2008-2009); procurement and investment policies; and a fee schedule. This copy also includes detailed descriptions of 2010 productions and box office information, including ticket rates, and study guides for 2010 season productions. Updated information for teachers, students, and theater professionals is also present.
