This series consists of incoming correspondence received and outgoing correspondence created by Robert Moses during his tenure as president of the Long Island State Park Commission. Additional correspondence documents his work with the Jones Beach State Parkway Authority and Bethpage Park Authority, parkway construction in Long Island and New York City, and federally funded public works projects during the early years of the Great Depression. Records also include press releases, memorandums, signed legislation, and budget materials.
