Ronald Furan worked as a chef at the New York State Executive Mansion from 1987-1997. He was appointed by Mario Cuomo and served for portions of both Cuomo's and George Pataki's gubernatorial tenures.
Scope and Content Note
This series consists of daily menus and event menus created by the chefs of the New York State Executive Mansion. Records include menus for meals served at the Executive Mansion, ranging from casual family meals to formal State of the State dinners. Also included are menus and notes for meals prepared by Executive Mansion staff, but served elsewhere.
