Each unbound report gives the following information about a school: name and address; religious affiliation (if applicable); diocese (if applicable); number of buildings and rooms; enrollment by grade and sex; number of pupils in or out of school district, or out of state; number of graduates by sex, and number entering institutions of higher education; number of staff members; name of principal; existence of library; provision of textbooks; and general type of curriculum. These reports were filed pursuant to Section 2117 of the Education Law requiring the filing of annual reports by "school authorities" with the Commissioner of Education.
