19060-00: This accretion consists of material documenting efforts to repeal the sunset provision of Chapter 78 of the Laws of 1989 which established the Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund. Records include resolutions, memoranda, correspondence, and meeting minutes of local governments, local government associations, private organizations, and State Education Department officials. Also included are lists of Local Government Record Improvement Fund microfilming grants and annual financial reports of the Local Government Record Management Improvement Fund.
