Scope and Content Note
This series consists of custom report binders in which George A. Fuller Company South Mall Project management staff filed copies of monthly status reports submitted to the Office of General Services Office of South Mall Construction (within the State Office of General Services). Reports contain summary information on all aspects of project management for which Fuller Company was responsible. In addition to narrative summaries, reports also include meeting minutes, fold-out progress charts, and statistical tables. Reports address such subjects as personnel assignments and staffing levels; project site access routes; security; shop drawings and samples; applications for payment; contract change orders; scheduling and occupancy; field engineering; supervision and inspection; and meetings with subcontractors regarding construction of the main platform superstructure and specific buildings.
