These are files of Dr. Lewis A. Wilson, Director of the Division of Vocational and Extension Education, 1920-1927, and Assistant Commissioner for Vocational and Extension Education, 1927-1937, and apparently were used by Dr. Wilson as both Division Director and Assistant Commissioner.
