Custodial History
This microfilm was produced through a grant awarded and administered by Local Government Records Services of the State Archives and Records Administration. For the 1994 grant cycle successful applicants were required to submit two copies of each roll of project microfilm: a silver copy for secure storage at the State Records Center; and a duplicate copy for public use at the State Archives research room.
Ninety-eight rolls of master negatives (security copy) were sent to the State Records Center. Twenty rolls of restricted diazo film were returned to the local government.
