It also includes a letter from Senator Montgomery to Empire State Development Corporation Chairman Charles Gargano concerning the Atlantic Yards Arena and Redevelopment Project Environmental Impact Statement and a memo from Senator Montgomery and New York City Councilwoman Letitia James concerning the Memorandum of Understanding between the Empire State Development Corporation, the City of New York, and Atlantic Yards developer Forest City Ratner Companies.

Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, most of the information contained within this site could not be captured in mid-2008. In addition, some of the navigational links do not work properly. However, identical sets of navigational links appear at the top and the bottom of each page. If the link in one set does not work correctly, click the Web browser's Back button and then click on the corresponding link in the other set.
