The records of the Commission consist of minutes of meetings (arranged in chronological order); hearing transcripts and submitted evidence for Article 8 (family offenses"); notices, schedules, and summaries of testimony offered at public hearings, submitted testimony, and some related correspondence. There are also unpublished working papers, reports, research notes, clippings, and letters and memorandums. The last box contains annual reports and unpublished studies of the Temporary State Commission on Child Welfare, ca. 1974-1982, and some unpublished testimony from the Assembly Committee on Child Abuse from that same period. This material was in the library of the Temporary State Commission to Revise the Family Court Act.
