Each file folder holds one request and may contain: a description of the route, including beginning and ending points and stops; existing transportation services along any part of the route; days and times of service; necessity of route (usually the provision of transportation for war plant workers); maps of proposed routes; and the committee's approval or denial of the request (with explanatory remarks in the case of denials).
