Scope and Content Note
The series consists of meeting minutes of the board that document place, time, and those in attendance. Appended to the minutes are the resolutions, regulations and amendments adopted by the board.
18086-97: Consists of the microfilmed versions of board meeting minutes (1932-1992), originals of which are in accretions 18086-12 and 18086-12A.
18086-12, 18086-12A: Consist of paper and electronic versions of board meeting minutes (1932-2011), making them more complete than the microfilm in 18086-97. Electronic versions of the records dating 1993-2011 are available in accretion 18086-12A.

Each three year block is preceded by a table of contents listing, by meeting date, the names of banking institutions and the subject.
Acquisition Information
18086-12A: This accretion was transferred to the State Archives under records disposition number 21193, and includes records from Transfer List 2012-8.
Access Restrictions
Partly restricted by Banking Law former section 13.4, making "reports and communications" by staff of the Banking Department to the Banking Board "confidential."
