Scope and Content Note
This series consists of 32 photographs and four drawings depicting aerial views of New York State institutions. The majority of photographs were apparently produced for documenting existing structures and, as some photographs depict building sites, planning construction. Some items include date of photography, flight height, camera used, lens focal length, and approximate index scale. Ten photographs are unidentified.
B1782-17 This accretion consists of black and white negatives depicting numerous state sites and facilities including the Syracuse State Fair, prisons or correctional facilities, reformatories, Rome School for the Deaf, Batavia School for the Blind, the State Capitol, the State Court of Appeals, state office buildings, State Police Barracks, youth camps, and tuberculosis hospitals.
