Scope and Content Note
This series tracks amendments introduced in the Convention and referred to individual committees. Each volume relates to a different committee. The volumes contain the following information for each amendment: introductory number; title of amendment; introducer; date of introduction; date of consideration by committee; action of committee (e.g., tabled, amended; reported to Convention; sent to another committee); date of report; character of report (favorable, adversely); and if passed. Occasionally attached to pages in the volumes are correspondence, roll calls on amendment votes, or copies of printed amendments or resolutions.
