This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of the New York State Insurance Fund.
B2122-07: This accretion contains a copy of the State Insurance Fund's main site produced on December 21, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains forms and information about workers compensation and disability insurance for employers, claimants and health care personnel, occupational safety posters and training materials (some in Spanish), and a frequently asked questions section. Researchers should note that, owing to the site's structure and the limitations of Web archiving technology, only part of this site.
B2122-08: This accretion includes a copy of the State Insurance Fund site produced on May 23, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains information about the fund's mission, press releases (2006-2008), newsletters (2006-2008), and an annual report and financial statement (2006). It also includes policy overviews, claims information (some in Spanish), forms, and other information about workers' compensation and disability benefits insurance for employers, claimants, health care personnel, and workplace safety and risk managers. Posters (some in Spanish), checklists, training materials, and other resources for workplace safety and risk managers are also included. Researchers should note that, owing to the limitations of Web archiving technology, some of the information contained within this site could not be captured properly.
B2122-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the State Insurance Fund website produced on December 22, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains background information about the fund, additional press releases (2006-2010), newsletters (2006-2010), and annual reports (2007-2009), and a financial statement (2009). It also includes policy and claims information and workplace safety training materials, most of which is also present in the May 23, 2008 copy. Researchers should note that, owing to the limitations of Web archiving technology, some of the information contained within this site could not be captured properly.
B2122-20: This accretion consists of a copy of the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) site produced on February 18, 2020. It contains background information about the fund, newer annual reports (2016-2018) and press releases (2015-2019), and information, forms, and other resources about its workers compensation and disability benefits insurance policies. Information for employers concerns policies available for purchase, policyholder rights and responsibilities, and workplace health and safety training materials. Information for injured and disabled workers includes forms and instructions for filing claims and using NYSIF's online benefits system. Also present is information for insurance representatives seeking to sell NYSIF policies and medical providers wishing to submit medical bills for treatment of workers covered by NYSIF policies.
Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, some sections of this site could not be copied properly in 2020.
