B2046-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund site produced on April 9, 2007, shortly after Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains a schedule of race dates and payments (2007), the fund's budget and estimated receipts (2007), and information about the history of the fund, the New York Sire Stakes racing program, and the Harness Breeders Association of New York State.
B2046-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund site produced on May 7, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). Some of the information in it is also present in the April 9, 2007 copy, but this copy contains an updated schedule of race dates and payments and the fund's budget and projected receipts (2008). Also included are the code of ethics governing the actions of the fund's employees and board of trustees, the agenda and draft meeting minutes of the board's November 27, 2007 meeting, and information about the fund's accomplishments (2007).
B2046-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund site produced on December 20, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office.
